Blue Cross of Jamaica Limited, in partnership with Jamaica Money Market Brokers, now offers three attractive health insurance options to JMMB clients covering medical, surgical, drugs, dental and optical health care services.
Service Benefits -
Eligibility:
Enrolment:
All enrollment transactions are channeled through JMMB Branch offices. After selecting your BlueCare Health Plan Option:
1. Complete and sign a Blue Cross® Application Enrolment Card along with authorization to deduct your premium at any JMMB office.
2. On receipt of your application and premium, Blue Cross® will prepare your health card which you will collect from your JMMB branch.
3. The card will be valid until the end of the policy year and may be renewed annually.
Once you’ve received your health card, you are eligible for immediate benefits, except where waiting periods apply –

Blue Cross of Jamaica Limited has the widest network of providers islandwide i.e. doctors, dentists, opticians, pharmacies, diagnostic services, hospitals.
When you visit a Blue Cross® participating provider, present your health card and claims filed on your behalf will be settled by Blue Cross® in favour of the provider, in keeping with your benefits.
If you don’t have your Blue Cross® card, the provider will charge you the normal fee. Complete and sign your Blue Cross® claim form and submit along with original receipts to Blue cross of Jamaica Limited within 90 days of service. You will be reimbursed in accordance with your schedule of benefits.
Premiums:
Your premiums are due on the stated date as per your contract and must be paid by the date specified by JMMB to avoid the cancellation of your policy. Premiums are stated according to the selected option and Age band.
